In contrast to many resorts and resorts that have closed down, especially due to the lack of charter and continuous flights, but also for renovation and seasonal maintenance, the 7 Islands Resort in Watamu will remain open during the low season.
During the monsoon rains (which also give some beautiful sun and sea every year) the structure of the Lenzi family will remain available to Italian, foreign and local customers with its services.
After the brilliant Indian vip wedding, the resort gained fame as a reference point for domestic tourism in Watamu and has already reservations in months usually hostile to vacation on the coast.
This will not be the case for Paparemo Beach, the organized beach and the adjacent restaurant. But here the closure is due, as well as the usual work that a local on the shore of the Ocean imposes, to some surprise that we expect to find at reopening.
