Roshanara Ebrahim, Miss Universe Kenya 2021, with her breathtaking physique and fascinating Middle Eastern eyes that deceive her Iranian origins, has been elected to represent the new generation of Kenyan femininity, the one that has an international vocation and takes the best from the mixture of races and peoples that in the new millennium converge in Nairobi but feel deeply Kenyan.
Roshanara has fallen in love with Watamu and how could it be otherwise?
The beautiful and sensitive model has in her DNA the passion for places of relaxation and at the same time of fun, for wellness and the healthiest transgression.
She herself told us why she fell in love with the most celebrated coastal tourist destination frequented by young and old from all over the world.
"I grew up by the sea and I love the scenery of sand and ocean - explains the girl who will represent Kenya in the competition that will crown the most attractive woman on the planet - Watamu has everything to make you love it: the beauty, the idea of well-being that you have spending the days here, the meeting with people of all nationalities, the savoir-fare of the Italians in hospitality and the strong component of tourist attraction.
But that's not all, for Roshanara Watamu is also an opportunity for professional and business growth.
"There is a future in this destination," she admits, "and my idea is to spend more time in this dream location, but at the same time it is constantly evolving.
