A Ferragosto full of life, taste, and fun in Malindi, in the splendid atmosphere of Pizza O on Silversand Beach. Like every year, the venue on the shores of the Indian Ocean offers its midsummer grand buffet at 1pm. By the poolside, or sitting with your feet on the sand caressed by the breeze among the palm trees, for this special occasion, Pizza O's kitchen will offer appetisers with pizzas, arancini, potato croquettes, eggs in pink sauce, and vegetarian and meat samosas. In addition to traditional first courses from sea and land, hot soups such as the inimitable Tuscan-style pasta and beans and onion soup will be available. There will also be tagliatelle with clams or duck sauce, spaghetti amatriciana, asparagus risotto, lasagne with pesto, and gnocchi with gorgonzola to satisfy all tastes. On the large table of Malindi's most famous and popular buffet, there will also be meat main courses such as roast kid and chicken cacciatore, and fish with grilled lobster and breaded red snapper fillet, all accompanied by various side dishes.
