Premetto: non sono una fanatica del mare e delle vacanze al caldo.
Non impazzisco nemmeno per i villaggi turistici e le vacanze organizzate.
La cosa che mi ha portato in Africa, in Kenya è stata il bisogno di relax.
Stressata dai ritmi di lavoro di Torino, la città dove vivo ormai da dieci anni (prima per amore, ora per un impiego difficile da lasciare) dovevo staccare.

Il mio Mal d'Africa ha un nome, Watamu.
Conosco poco del Continente Nero, ho visitato il parco nazionale dello Tsavo e la riserva dell'Amboseli, ho visto le cascate Vittoria in Zambia e ho fatto volontariato per due settimane in Uganda.
