How to cook kenyan stew potatoes

In Kenya, potatoes are particularly tasty.
The local population loves them fries, so much so that they are the ideal side dish of the national dish, the "nyama choma" (meat grilled almost toasted).
But there are many other ways of cooking them.
One of the best known recipes of a side dish that can also become a unique dish, is that of the "Viazi vya rojo" (potatoes stewed).

Ingredients for 4 people:

6 large potatoes
1 diced onion cut into cubes
6 tomatoes. mixtures
1/2 tablespoon of paprika
1 clove of chopped garlic
Salt halls
Lemon juice
3 tablespoons of seed oil
3 red or green chilli peppers
1 raw mango cut into cubes

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes until they are soft.
Once the potatoes are cooked, peel and cut into pieces.
Put a medium fire pot on the fire. 
Add oil, garlic, chilli pepper and cook the tomatoes cut into cubes.
When the tomatoes are soft, add mango and paprika.
Cook until everything is well mixed, then add the potatoes.
Add half a cup of water and cover the pot with the lid, allowing the sauce to dry a little bit.
Add salt and lemon juice as desired.
