How to make homemade mango chutney

Tasty sauce for flavouring meat and fish food

Chutney is a typical sweet-and-sour British sauce made with fruit or green tomatoes. It is excellent as a sauce for flavouring meat and fish foods.
The British took her to Kenya during colonialism and tried the variants with exotic fruit. Here is the most famous example, the mango chutney. 


Ingredients:: Ingredients
1 sliced mango
1 quarter of onion
1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
2 sliced pile piles
2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
Salt q. b.
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoons of oil
? cup of water

Throw all the ingredients into a large pot and bring them to the boil.
Continue cooking until the mixture thickens.
